Aaron Royer has a storied career creating stuff - including Films, Commercials, Technology, IP and Products.  Utilizing a creative production approach, always sourcing from emerging talent, new technology, and innovative collaboration, he has worked with top brands at lauded agencies.  He is the true definition of a hybrid unicorn creative type in his current role at Narrative where he oversees operations, creative content production, and launched a separate full service production company House of Narrative_. 

He began his career at Grey, rising through the ranks to the Deputy Director of Broadcast Production, overseeing, at the time, the largest broadcast production department in the world.  He led their transition to integrated production, and re-imagined the department as Content Production, building out in-house development and production services to meet the ever-changing media landscape.

His passion for writing and technology led him to a client-side position at One Laptop Per Child as Marketing Director as well as production stints at smaller boutique shops like Taxi, BBH, and Johannes Leonardo known for technology and innovation-led creative thinking.  

Aaron graduated from the College of William and Mary.  He has led production efforts for global brands including Google, Microsoft, P&G, Diageo, Mars, SmithKline, Colgate, Kraft, Darden Restaurants, Pfizer, K-Mart, and L'Oreal. He has won every major advertising award, including the first ever Cannes Lions Mobile Grand Prix for Google's re-imagining of Coke's Hilltop as a mobile experience.
